Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and making a purchase at Hyunah Kim Art.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy.


shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 14-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


shipping rates & delivery estimates

Hyunah Kim Art provides shipment worldwide free of charge. Shipping charges may be imposed on a custom order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with the order details. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Please, double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.


shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.


duties and taxes

Hyunah Kim Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are a responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).


damages

Hyunah Kim Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged painting, you can refuse the shipment. Or if a carrier just leave the package and they already left, you must take several photos of the damaged box, and please send photos to email address of info@hyunahkimart.com within 48 hours, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured.

In the case you receive a damaged product, we are ready to create a new painting for free or refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.


exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to us at info@hyunahkimart.com.

Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • custom or personalized orders
  • items on sale


cancellation and return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your artwork delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (at the latest, due to the fact that time zones may be different).

  • In case of cancellation later than 24 hours after an order was placed, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials
  • In case of cancellation after 2-3 days, we holding a charge of 10%
  • In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 15%.

In order to return your item you should contact us within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your item you should fill out the form on the Return Request page within 14 days after the delivery and ship it within 30 days after the order delivery. And Unless the package is damaged and requires a return, we will refund the amount minus the 20% restore fee.

Please, note that Hyunah Kim Art does not cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee reception of the item you return.
